Reason: I have found that when people violate certain forum etiquette such as posting content that other developers have created and claimed it as their own, or people start posts centered around their personal conflicts with others or even simple flaming, that when reported there is no action taken against them. Not only are all of the real development teams for this forum leaving because of this, the forum is becoming nothing but a breeding ground for immaturity and conflict. I'm online a lot and as a developer for various private servers myself I can understand the feelings of the serious posters as well as those new to the forum.

Experience: I play Rappelz quite a bit and I'm versed in developing the server myself. So I'm well equipped to handle the information and content their in.

I'm very good with people and very thorough in investigating whether their is a side to take or if the issue is something that both parties need to come to terms with. I'm fair in my assessments and I listen to everyone without bias. This is how I deal with people in real life as well. I'm very well versed in human nature as I get along with everyone.

Moderator Experience: I have been a moderator on over 5 forums, mostly private or private server related. I have been a GM in several games for periods of time to assist in growing communities. And I have been an administrator for 2 private servers. As well as a developer on several private servers discussed here on Elitepvpers.

I hope that you consider me for the position, I think that something needs to be done to save the Rappelz forum before the damage becomes irreparable.

Haha, my apologies, I've been a member longer than this, I have 2 other screen names. I've been posting on epvp for over half a year now with an accumulative posts of about 275 or so I believe. However if that is the decision of those responsible for making such decisions then so be it. Regardless, I believe the point of my post should still be taken into account for those whom are moderators of the forum stated.

It's getting a little out of control.

Xeemy is right, as:

1- You need a certain ammount (minimum) of posts on your section on the account you apply with and even with the accumulate ammount you gave, you are not fulfilling this minimum requirement, because we can't really see (read) your posts to check how helpful have you been on your section, neither on other few aspects which are taken into account before recruiting someone to be a moderator.

2- You are, indeed, breaking one rule, and you explicitly showed it on your post, as you are multi-accounting and this is not allowed

Because of this two reasons (mainly) I would say no
