Hallo sehr geehrte e*pvpers Staff-Member,
es folgt eine Bewerbung als Moderator für den Bereich Silkroad Online nach dem von Lowfyr vorgegebenen Schema.

-Wieso ich Moderator werden will:
Nun, ich denke zu dieser Frage gibt es oft nur die eine Standart-Antwort: Weil ich es mag, vielleicht geniesse ich es sogar, Leuten zu helfen, die ich kenne oder eben auch nicht kenne.
Natürlich steht es auch in meinem Interesse das Forum, bzw. den Bereich sauber von Regelverstössen aller Art zu halten, da ich selbst dieses Forum mehrmals am Tag besuche und mich so etwas nun mal stört und das Säubern solcher Verstösse ist schliesslich eine der Hauptaufgaben eines Moderators. Selbstverständlich bewahre ich dabei immer die Ruhe (man wird von mir keinen Post finden in dem ich einen anderen Member beleidigt oder ähnliches habe). Mich freut es immer ausserordentlich, wenn mir für eine Hilfestellung gedankt wird und ich bin auch bereit Anderen für solche zu danken.
Ein weiterer Beweggrund ist die Tatsache, dass es in dem genannten Bereich leider keinen deutschen Moderator gibt,obwohl elitepvpers ja ein deutsch-englisches Forum ist. Zuletzt führe ich noch an, dass sich,wenn ich richtig verstanden habe, ein Moderator in naher Zukunft nicht mehr aktiv im Forum beteiligen kann.
-Wieviel Erfahrung habe ich mit dem genannten Bereich?:
Ich spiele nun schon seit etwas mehr als einem Jahr Silkroad-Online und kann von mir behaupten, dass ich mich mit dem Spiel an sich äußerst gut auskenne. Hier möchte ich allerdings erwähnen, dass ich momentan keinerlei Coder-Fähigkeiten besitze. Aber mit den gebräuchlichsten Tools und Bots kenne ich mich auch sehr gut aus. Des weiteren habe ich gute Englischkenntnisse, sodass ich sowohl Fragen auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch beantworten kann.(Ich lerne diesbezüglich auch in der Schule weiter)
-Ob ich das Forum alle zwei Tage besuchen und mich beteiligen kann?:
Im Moment auf jeden Fall (Ausnahme Urlaub dieses Jahr zum Beispiel vom 12.07.-19.07.). Soweit ich voraussehen kann wird sich daran auch nichts ändern.
-Habe ich mich schon vorher regelmäßig beteiligt?:
Ich habe zwar gerade nicht allzu viele Posts, was sich aber durchaus ändern kann, aber ich schreibe inzwischen durchschnittlich 3 (sinnvolle!) Posts.
-Ob ich Geduld mit Fragen/Fragern habe die mir vollkommen banal und dumm vorkommen?:
Nun es macht mir sogar besonders Spass solche Fragen zu beantworten, da es sich ja um leicht zu beantwortende Fragen handelt. Außerdem bekommt man von den Fragern die herzlichsten Dankesbezeugungen
.-Ob ich im Allgemeinen gut mit Menschen umgehen kann?:
Naja es ist schwierig eine Antwort auf eine solche Frage zu geben, da man das ja eigentlich nicht selbst feststellen kann. Aber es hat sich bis jetzt noch keiner über meine Umgangsformen beschwert.
-Ob ich schonmal als Moderator tätig war?:
Als Moderator noch nicht, aber als Administrator. Ich führe ein eigenes kleines Forum mit momentan 14 Membern (es ist noch im Wiederaufbau---->war früher Gildenforum--->Gilde hat sich aufgelöst). Meine Member meinen das Forum ist "ganz in Ordnung". Organisatorisch habe ich also ein paar Erfahrungen.

this is an application form as a moderator in the Silkroad Online section adjusted to the stipulated scheme from Lowfyr.

-Why do I want to be moderator?
Well, I think often there is only this one standard-answer: Because I like to, or maybe even enjoy helping people I know or do not know.
Naturally I´m interested in cleaning the forum,or rather the section, from any kind of rule-violation, because I visit the forum multiple times a day and such violations simply disturbs me and cleaning the forum is one of the main-jobs of a moderator isn´t it? Of course i always stay calm (you wont find a post in which I flame another member).
Another motive is the fact that there is no active German moderator in this section although elitepvpers is a half-English-half-german forum. At last I want to mention that I heard that a moderator wont be able to be active in the near future (I hope I´m correctly informed).
-How much experience do I have with the issue from the forum I apply for a moderator job?
I´m playing Silkroad Online for a little more than a year now and I can maintain that I´m well informed about the game itself. Here I want to mention that I have no Coder-Skillz at the moment but I think I´m well informed about the most important and common tools and bots too.
-Do you have enough time to visit the board averaged two days and to take an interest in the forum?
At the moment without a doubt.(Well in spite of my holidays-->12.07.-19.07.) I think this wont change in the future.
-Did I take part there before you sent your application?
At the moment I dont have so many posts, which will change, but in the meantime I write about 3 (useful!) posts a day.
-Do I have a lot of patience with questions wich I think that they are very stupid?
Well especially this kind of questions are my favorite questions because they are very easy to answer and you get the best words of thanks from those questioners
-Can I act good in general with other human beings?
Well it is very difficult to answer this question because this is something only the persons with which you are interacting can answer. But until now nobody complained about my manners.
-Did I ever operate as a moderator before?
Not as a moderator but as an administrator of a small forum. I´m leading a small forum with 14 members (right now in reconstruction-status--->was a guild forum--->guild disbanded). So I got some organisational skills.
