I am submitting an application form to be a moderator in the section Cabal Online.

Question->Why do I want to be moderator?
Answer:Because i want to help new member. When i will become a Moderator i could help more than now.

Question->How much experience do I have with Cabal?
Answer:I am playing Cabal cince 5 years. I am leading a guild in Cabal Eu. At the moment i am searching a cabal private server.

Question->Do you have enough time to visit the board averaged two days and to take an interest in the forum?
Answer:I joinde Elitepvpers in this year and normaly i am cheking every hour(or beetwen the hours)the news because i want to know the newest things.

Question->Do I take part?
Answer:Yes, i definitly will go to the Cabal Forum at every time when i am on Elitepvpers.

Question->Do I have a lot of patience?
Answer:Yes, i do have a lot patience at every thing i am doing.

Question->Can you act good in general with other human beings?
Answer:I dont have any Problems in acting with other people. I will do my best i answering all questions that the user are asking me.

Question->Did I ever operate as an moderator before?
Answer:Yes, i am an Moderator at a Guild Hompage.

This is the first thing that e*pvp look at before they even read one word of your application !!

You probably got no reason to lie about your experiences. But those info there is essential to be taken into account. Just show them that you are active in here. Post somethings useful. Then , Hopefully , you will get the Chance to be one.

At least you are lucky that your Section is looking for a Mod. My Section , Silkroad online , is well Moderated to take extra one at the moment.

Cheer up ... There is still Hope for you !!

There are 3 better applications. Low post counter, low join date, low activity - sorry, but I wrote what the requirements were.

Und wie genau hast du das vor? An was hast du speziell gedacht? Wie hilfst du aktuell Usern?

Was hat die PServer-Suche mit deiner Erfahrung zu tun? willst du selber einen aufmachen? - Also suchst du PServer-Engine?

Und was bringt dir das? was ziehst du daraus? Liest du auch Postings und beteiligst dich bei Fragen die du beantworten kannst? *Zum Postcount lins*

Ich wiederhole noch einmal... was machst du denn dort genau? Schaust du nur rein und ziehst dir das raus was du brauchst oder beteiligst du dich auch aktiv?

Dafür hätte ich gerne Fallbeispiele wie du in welchen Situationen reagieren würdest.

Zum Beispiel? Gibt es bestimmte Spezialthemen wo du meinst wo du dich gut bis sehr gut auskennst?

Was für Software wird bei der HP genutzt? Ein CMS? Inkludiertes oder Exkludiertes Forum? Wenn externes Forum welche Software? Welche Möglichkeiten hast du dort?

Ich denke die Beantwortung dieser Fragen könnte hilfreich und nützlich sein.
Dennoch solltest du an deiner effektiven Aktivität arbeiten und vielleicht erst Usern wirklich bei Fragen und Problemen mit Software helfen damit die User und die Mods dich und deine Arbeitsweise kennen lernen.

Es ist halt aktuell so das dein Account relativ neu und "unangefasst" wirkt und von daher wirst du voraussichtlich auf diese Bewerbung noch kein positives Feedback erhalten.

Dies soll allerdings nicht bedeuten das du nie diese Möglichkeit erhälst. Ich habe bereits einige Faktoren niedergeschrieben mit denen du das beeinflussen kannst. Selbstverständliche Dinge habe ich nun nicht mit aufgeführt.

P.S. Diese Beantwortung ist so komplex weil ich dir helfen möchte dein Bild bei uns zu verbessern und dir die Möglichkeit einzuräumen diese Position zu erhalten. ich finde diese ganzen "Nein weil zu wenig Posts" einfach zu nichtssagend.

Eine weitere Begründung wäre auch, dass ich ihn eigt. noch nie in der Sektion gesehen habe. Das ist bei mir der springende Punkt. Ich möchte einen neuen Member sehen, der sich auch wirklich um andere Leute kümmert, sie darauf hinweist etc. Und eigt. spielt der Postcounter da auch mit eine kleine Rolle. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Leuten, die sich als Mod beworben haben, ist seine nunmal auch in den Begründungen nicht die beste.
