It´s possible to change the E-mail. Just go to the Infestation/WarZ Survivor Support and ask to change the Mail.

Not anymore. I asked to change my E-mail too and the next day...
I wanted to log in but I couldn´t. I was like what the **** is going on here xD
checked my E-mail. And they changed it. I was surprised that this gone so fast like that.
