[Release] Automatic Hero Picker

With this software, you can be sure to get the hero you want in All Pick mode. Start HoN, then this program, and then join an AP-game. The program will read from an external HeroPicker.txt, and automaticly pick that hero for you. I (DoubleDTheGreat) have included a full list of heroes, and their code, sorted alphabetically.

Known bugs:
- If you start this program, it will automaticly choose the chosen hero in each -ap game, until you restart HoN. If you want to play a different gamemode after playing -ap with this tool, I advice you to restart HoN (takes ~30 secs).

Fixes in recent version:
All heroes work, including Rampage, Vindicator, Corrupted Diciple and Witch Slayer.
