In this well detailed Guild I'll first of all introduce you to the basic skills of Tiny and his stat gain per level, including Item guide and Early,Mid and Late game guide.
First of all, all the credits to ME for this guide as I only copied the Skill Description from Official HoN Skill site, the rest is based on my personal experience.
1) Hero Description
The elemental creatures of Newerth have long kept away from mortal struggles, seeking instead to heal the destruction left in their wake. In the current war, however, some elementals have taken arm against the daemons, and the huge and implacable Pebbles is one of them.
Pebbles is the same as Tiny in Dota. If played correctly, he can be devastating for the enemy team. It has a disable, huge shear force and can even get allies out of dangerous situations.
2) Skills Description
Stalagmites
Description: Pebbles summons forth an eruption of stalagmites at a target location, stunning and damaging all enemies in the area. Mana cost 120
* Level 1: Deals 100 magic damage and stuns each unit in 200 radius for 2 seconds
* Level 2: Deals 180 magic damage and stuns each unit in 200 radius for 2 seconds
* Level 3: Deals 260 magic damage and stuns each unit in 200 radius for 2 seconds
* Level 4: Deals 300 magic damage and stuns each unit in 200 radius for 2 seconds
Increases cast range by 50/100/150 Cooldown 20 seconds
Units affected by Chuck takes double the damage
Usage: This is definitely the most efficient and most used skill of Pebbles.
It has average-high Stunning range and it is a middle/high mana consumption skill for a strenght hero. (120 mana for all 4 levels).
If combinated with Chuck at level 4, it is very useful for fast pushing and tower defending as well as even INITIATING a team fight if you have a Portal Key.
Chuck
Description: Pebbles throws a nearby unit to target location, damaging it and all enemies in an area around where it lands.
* Level 1: Deals 75 magic damage to enemies in 300 radius. Buildings recieve 33% damage. Deals 15 magic damage to thrown unit.
* Level 2: Deals 150 magic damage to enemies in 300 radius. Buildings recieve 33% damage. Deals 30 magic damage to thrown unit.
* Level 3: Deals 225 magic damage to enemies in 300 radius. Buildings recieve 33% damage. Deals 45 magic damage to thrown unit.
* Level 4: Deals 300 magic damage to enemies in 300 radius. Buildings recieve 33% damage. Deals 60 magic damage to thrown unit.
Mana cost 120, Cooldown 15 seconds
Usage: This is definitely the only skill that makes pebbles one of the most FUN heroes to use and play with. This skill allows Pebbles (Tiny) to throw a unit to a specific area dealing damage on impact to the surroundings (Also as you level your Grow - Ultimate skill, the target that gets thrown gets some damage dealed to itself). This skill is very crucial for playing public games that can give you big advantage if used properly, the most used combination of the skill is with Stalagmites, you stun your target, walk to it and Chuck (Throw) it to your allied hero, or vise-versa, throw him then stun him. Chuck can be used also to last hit towers as the unit thrown onto the tower deals 35% of the original damage to the tower (NOTE: Damage type is PURE).
Slab skin
Description: Grants bonus armor and reduces the duration of debuffs.
* Level 1: +2 Armor. -10% Debuff durations.
* Level 2: +4 Armor. -20% Debuff durations.
* Level 3: +6 Armor. -30% Debuff durations.
* Level 4: +8 Armor. -40% Debuff durations.
Mana cost n/a Cooldown n/a
Usage: Pebbles has low armor and average hp, so more armor is always a plus, especially against melee heroes.
The biggest ADVANCE of this skill actually doesn't come from the Armor, it comes from the decreased debuff durations.
Stun status is also counted as a debuff in HoN, therefore at level 40 the duration of stun on you will be reduced by -40%, same applies to any other Debuff / DPS dealing skill.
Very useful passive if you're dealing against tough lane heroes.
Enlarge
Description: Makes Pebbles grow larger, increasing his attack damage and adding to the power of his other skills.
* Level 1: 40 Bonus attack damage, 20% reduced attack speed and +5 movement speed.
* Level 2: 80 Bonus attack damage, 35% reduced attack speed and +10 movement speed.
* Level 3: 120 Bonus attack damage, 50% reduced attack speed and +15 movement speed.
Stalagmites range increase by 50/100/150
Chucked units damage increased by 35/50/65
Mana Cost n/a Cooldown n/a
Usage: This is a skill that will make pebbles a Heavy hitter at cost of his Attack speed, once this skill is skilled, last hitting will improve significally.
As well this Ultimate skill improves your Range of Stun/Damage of Stalagmites by 50, and chuck units damage is increased by 35%, 50% and 65%.

Explanation: Maxing out Stalagmites and Chuck is the most commonly used skill build for this hero because these skills contain the STRENGHT of Pebbles.
Others prefer to get "Enlarge" at level 6 but I prefer myself maxing out Chuck and Stalagmites first as they will make your ganking/killing a lot easier.
4) Item build
Early Game (Start)
1x Health Potion
1x Rune of Blight
1x Mark of Novice
1x Pretenders Crown
1x Mana PotionExplanation: Pebbles has a low mana pool and below average armor at the start compared to other heroes, these items will most likely give you an opportunity to survive and also gank until you really need to go back to fountain to recover back.
Middle Game
Marchers
Talisman of Exile
Ring of SorceryOR
Bottle
Portal Key (Also known as Dagger)Explanation: Pebbles has a very low movement speed of 285, so that marchers would be a MUST get if you are playing against heroes that can slow you and take you as their food easy just because you don't have the Marchers. Now, there's a choice between the ring of sorcery and the bottle. Ring of sorcery allows you to regain mana and any allied unit/hero that's near when upon activation whereas bottle heals you for 135 hp and 70 mana over 3 secs. Depends on how good your early game passes, manage to buy what you can afford. Most people go for a bottle so they can get their other items earlier. Now Portal Key is the MOST important item for pebbles if you ask me. Portal keywill allow you to get into action and finish or INITIATE killing of an enemy, you will also be able to escape very easy if you know how to use the dagger well as well as if you are familiar with HoN Walking blind-paths. (Note: Care that when you get damaged by an HERO; portal key will be broken for three seconds and therefore you won't be able to use it unless another three seconds pass without getting hit by an hero)
Mid - Late Game
Enchanted Marchers (Also known as Phase Boots) * Upon activation gives you Phased effect which increases your movement speed by 10% for 5 seconds, as well as you get Unitwalking path ignoring.
(That means you can walk THROUGH any unit in your way, very useful for escaping)
Frostfield Plate (Also known as Shiva from DotA)
Behemoth's Heart
Daemonic Breast PlateExplanation: Enhanced marchers are good for pebbles, since they give extra armor and upon activation they grant Phased + 10% MS that is crucial in many situations. Frostplate is a very good item for pebbles since it improves your tanking abilities, gives you greater mana pool and ability to slow down enemies. Frostplate combined with Portal Key will be devastating and not to forget Stalagmites.
5) Strategies / Techniques + Laning
Laning
Pebbles has good disable skills and this HAS to be taken into consideration when choosing a lane and a lane partner. Preferably team up with an allied hero that is a good Damage Dealer / Disabler as well. If you unfortunately are getting harassed, NEVER stop using your skills. Keep spamming stalagmites as much as you can unless you get Ring of Sorcery that will easily replanish your mana and give you an devastating NUKING ability as a STRENGHT hero (Ironic huh). Last hitting is the key to farming Ring of Sorcery in early game, also this might sound basic and noobish well known but NEVER forget to call a miss on your lane or spot a miss said by your teammate as early game deaths are a BIG loss.
Ganking
Ganking can be done from level 5, 7 and 9.
5 Would be declared and labeled as early ganking, 7 mid and 9 is definitely 100% chance to get a kill if played properly by you and your team mates. Chuck is very useful in ganking if used smart and targeted accurately to a certain location.
For example you are laning with Pestilence, you toss an unit to pestilence, pestilence does his stun, and you do stalagmites. That grants you a 90% chance of getting a kill. Don't forget that you can also toss your allied heroes to units / enemy heroes, that is a very good idea if you are laning for example with arachna who can slow the target as soon as you toss her on the target. He will not even know what hit him.
Avoiding getting Ganked
In case you are getting ganked, as only resort you have to use your stalagmites to stun them and run away, but if using stalagmites isn't an option, you can always Chuck (Throw) the enemy away from you.
Map awareness is the most important part in any game, remember to check it all the time to see if enemy heroes are missing from their lanes.
Chucking and Using portal key is a great way to escape in Middle game if you are getting a high amount of hits that doesn't allow you to use your portal key.
Chucking him back will always work.
