What weapons and stratagem weapons are affect by super penetration and dmg hack? I notice not all weapons get affected by the hack.

Most of the weapons already are there is no specific list for that
but we adding them all as we go, either way the weapon type doesn't really matter while you can literally 1 shot anything with any basic rifle
