Has anyone reported issues with the game crashing or closing? I got a hack from another vendor, but the game just crashes. I use windows 10 ver 20h02.

the software is working fine, the reason of delay to awnser the tickets is because i'm travelling and my support team has a work also and on weekends we have family so we stay more offline
