Tried purchasing 70 packs from this user (to see how fast he is, and what kind of method he uses).
Got half responses like 'hold on', 'I am nearly ready', '1 sec', after 3 days of being silent he responded to me if I still wanted to buy. He asked me to give a PSC code (he didn't mention anything about Request a Trade), and he wanted me to go first and then he went offline once again.
This guy is making my alarm bells ringing, be careful!

The same here. Is now asking for PSC and not willed to do a transfer via paypal/skrill.
