Wenn geld eine Rolex spielt, viel Spaß damit. wobei man an der karte durchaus auch eine nummer kleiner nehmen kann, spart geld.

Well, I'm NOT PROFESSIONAL at all. But I think this build is pretty good and cheap. (I'm starting learning it so :P)
Processator:
Motherboard:
https://pcpartpicker.com/product/6Q648d/msi-motherboard-b150mprovdh
Memory:
Video Card:
Power Supply
Case

Or you can see better here:
Storage:
Some notes:
1º
The total of that build here in Portugal it's around 756,9€ if I'm not wrong. However, you can do some changes, like add storage ssd (+60€) and buy decent monitor
2º I'm also learning how to build, so I accept corrections

I would upgrade the 128GB SSD into a 240GB one. Costs about 20€ more but then you have enough space for you programs to store, because 128GB are quickly gone
