i5 or Xeon for Gaming?
Hello,
would you say an Intel i5 processor or an Intel Xeon processor is better for gaming? Please write a reason why the processor is good and which processor model.

There are many different Xeons and i5's.
Atleast  Xeon is better than i5.
The Xeon has hyperthreading, the i5 doesnt. Basically a i7 4770 without iGPU.

Basically i would go with a good i5 (K-model), since you wont need hyperthreading for gaming etc.
I prefer overclocking over some more generated core which cant be used in gaming yet!

But than you have to pay a lot more money for a good Z97 Board and cooler, if you want to overclock. And the additional CPU power isn't needed in games, because the GPU will limit the FPS first. More and more new games use more than 4 core and so profit from the hyper threading of the Xeon, so it´s a good choice, to buy the Xeon E3-1231V3.

220W just for the CPU, that's insane.
I don't know if you understand this picture but it shows the best CPUs for Gaming. And AMD is at the end.

I have heard the Xeon is not be compatible with all video cards, is it? If so what I see whether the Xeon kompatiebel with the graphics card? I wanted to buy with this graphics card:

Thats total bullshit and it will work with every PCIe card. Dont buy the 750 though, AMD cards are much faster at that price.

Meine frage ist jetzt welches von beiden eigentlich jetzt der bessere ist?

Also ich spiele seit kurzem auf nem neueren Server (Xeon-Ro )
Leider habe ich dort ein Problem mit der mass client start - exe
Auf allen andern (p-)servern,wo ich je gespielt hab hat sie problemlos funktioniert,aber auch nach mehreren verschiedenen Versuchen (hab viiieeele ausm Forum hier geladen,aber auch aus andern Foren)
Habe ich leider immer noch keine Möglichkeit die exe mehrmals zu starten.
Jetzt wüsste ich gerne mit welcher exe ich das jetzt versuchen soll bzw. ob ich überhaupt...
