CPU constantly at 100%

Hi

My CPU is constantly at 100% (I am botting LoL Refs, rendering disabled), should i be worried?^^
Temperature is around 55°C (stable). Funny thing is, my ram is only used to about 40-50%... Can it damage the CPU if it runs under full capacity over a longer period?

it shouldn't make any damage on your CPU if you haven't modified something on the hardware. They are build to work under pressure
