Normaly you just have to take out the old graphics card and put in the new one in the slot. But a really important thing i need to know: What's your Power Supply and what graphics card do u want to buy? What's ur other hardware (Cpu etc.)?

If you buy a graphics card and insert it into the slot of the mb the mb will recognize it and well deactivate the onboard graphics

You can open your PC Case and then look what Power Supply you have. Mostly it's at the bottom of the pc, tell me how much W it has and from which brand it is.

Itˋs a PC from "HP" and Iˋm sure that you have to change the power supply if you want to install a new graphics card. A good power supply costs about 50€.

The BeQuiet System Power 7 450W is a good Power Supply, if you dont have much money for it. The BeQuiet Straight Power E9 CM 480W would be much better, but i dont know if you want to pay 85€ for it, because u also buy the graphics card.
If you keep your current PSU, it could also blow up ur other hardware, so u have to change it.

No, the Thermaltake Hamburg is a bad PSU, i would spend 10€ more on a System Power 7, which is very much better than the Hamburg.

It doesn't has an undervoltage protection, an overheating protection, it's not very silent and it has poor quality. The protections also aren't working very well and many times too late. U can load the Hamburg until 900W+ and till 900W no protection is working, which is very very very bad. And if u rate hardware just by test reports, i dont think u know very much about it.

On the paper. It was tested many times, the protections dont't work well, most times they lock at abot 800-900W, which is very bad.
