[EN] Personal server?

Hey guys, I've got a couple of server questions. I'd like to build one some day (near future), and I highly doubt that a simple PC can act as one.
So, any ideas on a reasonably good build? Something that can run 24/7 would be kind of cool.


What would I use it for? I don't really know, I'd probably use it to host my files, a custom email and maybe a game server.

Any tips?
