How do I disable the skill aoes attacking at my feet automatically instead of where i want to place them?

Wanted to buy this one but it does work. Just get an error when starting launcher.exe. I'm guess it doesn't work with Win7-64. Can't find system specs anywhere.

Please redownload our launcher, we've updated it and improved it. It now also supports proxies.

After the new patch it says:

invalid args `proxyPort` for command `run_account`: invalid type: null, expected a borrowed string


what it can be?
