I wasn't really fond of the web based timers, found it annoying to have chrome open constantly, decided to create this boss timer cause of it anddd release it for everyone to use!
Features:
Shows world boss start times in your local time.
Countdown timer.
Check completed bosses.
Automatically resets completed world bosses when GW2 daily reset happens.
Add to favorites.
Favorite list.
Play sound when favorite starts.
Show system notification when favorite starts.
Resizable, sort of.
Minimizes to tray.
Get closest waypoint. Select the event you want the waypoint from with a left click, then right click and select "copy waypoint."
What a popup looks like:
A file called "Settings.xml" will be created upon starting the program, this file is required to save what bosses you completed and which favorites you got.
Contact me here if you got any questions. The timer is free to use and should work on win vista, 7 & 8. The sound and system notification can be activated in the right upper corner, blue = active.
Requirements:
.net framework 4.0. Available at microsoft's official page;
The timer will not work correctly without the framework installed.
Patch Notes:
Quote:
Version 2. 10-8-2014
Fixed, inaccuracy of timers.
Changed, minor GUI stuff because of differences between win7/win8
But the waypoints are buggy or something, it copys always [&BH4BAAA=] this waypoint.
Tested what you said, works fine over here. Make sure you select (left click) a row first, before right clicking. The row needs to be selected to give the correct waypoint.
Select the event you want the waypoint from with a left click, then right click and select "copy waypoint." It works. Else please provide info on the exact steps you are performing so I can locate the issue, if there is any.

****!
So with this tool I can copy the waypoint and teleport to it with a hack or I could paste it ingame and it's the nearest waypoint?
When you "copy waypoint", you can paste it ingame and it will be the nearest waypoint indeed. Its not really a hack of some sort, more of a helping tool?
It can't get you in trouble with arenanet atleast.

Alright that's awesome, I was wondering that!
I wasn't sure what I was saying in the morning, I was tired haha thanks for the tool!~
there seems to be a bug calculating countdown time when it's opened for long time
explanation: it ALWAYS shows the "timer" wrong when it has been opened for long time 3h+ (close and reopen fixes this) where it shows lets say 0:03 min left until event starts and "start" shows 9:00 but the clock is 8:59 (which timer should show 0:01 mind left) and so the event starts at 9:00 but it notifies at 9:02 (because of the timer ending at that time) and well... it made me being late few times (until i noticed this bug)
