For wajjun bazaar, it gets stuck in this area
Specifically here

and on the stairs to the north
For perdition rock, it gets stuck on the loading zone --> zone loaded --> loading zone loop.
For pongmei valley, it gets stuck in this location

near uris. it took about 10 minutes for it to get unstuck, and it wiped because of the bad position it got itself in. after the wipe, it ran past the boss to the sunjiang district flagpost and continued with the vanquish (did not kill boss). it did kill the boss on the way back through all of the waypoints it takes, so it ended up fine.
raisu palace gets stuck in the outpost with "starting run 0"
vehtendi valley does well for vq and reasonably well for carto, maybe slight improvements if it doesn't take to long for these unmapped patches

. for the bottom left spot, you can set coord -518.30 -22447.29. for bottom right, 5351.77 -21437.91. for top block on the left, -9076.06 22339.99. to make sure it doesnt get stuck, maybe put that coord in between these two [-11019.55 20820.51] [-8901.32 19478.02], and this will be when it's starting the map on it's way to the actual enemy portion. for the top middle, 7128.67 19270.91. if this is helpful, ill try to add these notes for future vqs.
i did some others successfully but didnt look into the coords to improve the carto.
sometimes, i find that the bot bugs out and stops working if it needs to map travel to a different outpost, or even gets stuck (resplendent makuun). also, a "stop script" would be useful so i dont have to close and reopen the bot for each map
for wilderness of bahzda, the vq was fine but missed some carto spots

. for the bottom right corner, add 18611.35 -18606.90. late edit: there is a small sliver at the top i found after mapping the mission portion of the bastion -3268.00 15574.22
it vq'd marga coast, but carto missed these

. I got more mapped with these coords -3488.85 15619.67 (a bit in the top edge), -5704.00 -15479.00 (the bottom).

regent valley: gets stuck at -11785.18 9622.49 with "waiting to get reward", map is 104/142 for mobs. had it happen 2x at similar locations with same mob kill count.
panjiang peninsula, sunqua vale, zen daijun: dont try these with the woc mobs lol
silverwood: misses a group of jungle trolls even after running back at -4950.01 4411.16.

. carto improvements 117.74 18667.47 top, -18885.62 -11446.55 bottom left.
tangle root: runs back and forth in henge of denravi, never gets out of town.
sage lands: missed the two thorn stalkers around -7838.78 -4969.46 the first time around. came back and cleared them.

arid sea: maps to augury, runs out, runs back in, repeat
travelers vale: added heroes just fine, so the issue above isn't related to being 6-man-related. vq was fine.
twin serpent lakes: bot failed even with good build. with a conset at the start, it does most of the vq fine, but it gets stuck on "waiting to get reward" even though it hasn't finished vqing. it missed a roaming caromi group around 3556.64 -10590.03
