I am releasing another Bot for you guys. Since I saw some people use the Vaettir Bot I posted in the other Thread over a year ago, I'll share an updated version.
At the moment I don't have a lot of time for Guild Wars or scripting, so I'm posting the Bot as I use it without any features you guys might want. Also there might be some documentation missing. Please ask here if you have questions on how to use this Bot.
Please feel free to post requests for new features, I will add them if I like the idea.
Features of this Bot include:
- working no render
- picks up all event items
- very stable
- automatic start and restart options
- can salvage all weapons for materials: (Glacial Stones will be salvaged witih this option)
statistics for salvaging are:
- 300-320 Iron per Hour
- ~130 Dust per Hour (including the Glacial Stones)
- some Granite+Scales (about 2stacks per day)
I run this Bot during Events, like the Easter Event, and farm the Event Items.
At the same time I have the salvaging function enabled. So I farm Iron/Dust and the Event Items at the same time.
With 60 inventory slots the bot will farm for about 7.5hours before it has to go to the outpost again.
I recommend putting some cupcakes in the inventory, so the run from Longeye to Jaga is faster.
Thanks alot Blake777, i will give it a testrun of a day to check this one out & compare with the version i normally run ( no salvage option & only picks up event items & gold coins to save space for more runs/day ).

the bot works really well, you can even farm survivor title with it.
if you activate these options you will need a lot of inventory space either that or babysit a little more when it gets full.
it it ever gets full its doesnt crash, it just keeps going with a full inventory
Works nicely! May poke around as it goes to town a bit too frequently to ID/salvage golds for some reason. Solid base!
from what i read on trhe code the bot goes to town when having less than 5 empty spaces on the bags, original bot always id and recycle golds in the spot, you need to have at least 5000g on the toon

The goal of the vaettir bot is to farm as many materials and event items as possible without going to the outpost.
So in my opinion it is probably the worst bot to farm goldies with, cause you will go to outpost every 30min and after 3h the chest is probably full.
Most other bots go to the outpost after every run and are much better suited for that purpose. (e.g. woc, cof, feather, fiber)
Also you should really pause the bot (and close GW), if Chest and Inventory are full.
Also I don't understand why you would fill up your inventory with literal **** like random dyes.
That being said, I'm probably gonna release a anniversary update today, with the option to keep glacials, tomes and map sets.

hello, yeah, what you say is true, maybe there are better bots bot specific tasks.
this bot has something particular, it is not only realiable, it is easy to setup alts with, you an automate almost everything fom level 10 and be ready in a couple of hours.
this bot allows me to funnel gold unids from several accounts to the main acc im using, effectively power leveling wisdom Title, im generating around 300 Gold unids per hour with just a couple of accounts, not salvaging golds gets your inventory full quick but its a mere 2 minute run from town to be ready again.
this is escalable.
also, by not salvaging golds and selling them to merchant you amass great quantities of platinum, im doing around 80-100k per hour, that is more than what the bot can generate on materials in the same time.
while its not event season, you can still use this bot all year around, albeit not being the best option is one of the best.
if its event season you can still get really profitable if you a re willing to babysit, or just leave all the options turned off and pretend like nothing happened.

80k-100k with several accounts is no high amount of plat - you can just only salvage the items which turn into useful mats to sell to the traders and sell the others to the merchant directly to get the best out of the golds

you will not get the same amount of gold from salvagin than from selling identified golds, this bot does not make much profit from mats... it generates a lot of them but you will be getting better gains selling identified golds and then purchasing materials than salvaging all of them.
i guess, the bot does whatever the user want it to do, and i wanted to keep gold unids, whats the problem with it? why everybody so jumpy? it is a toggle and you can chose to keep them or not....

Bro chill - I only wanted to tell you that an item has a 100% salvage outcome so if you want to increase your profit the best is to salvage items which give you conset items and sell the ones who give e.g. wood.

I have been testing the bot on maximum difficulty picking up all event items, map sets, mesmer tomes and weapons for salvage. This resulted in some undesired behaviour and unnecessary travels to longeyes for inventory management. As you have 6stacks different mats in inventory and 10stacks of event items and 4 stacks mapsets, if a few of these stacks overflow(meaning a stack is full and a new is started) in a short period of time, before the salvage kits are used up, the inventory fills up and the bot needs to clean it up.
Also if you get 8+ weapon drops during 1 run the inventory would fill up.
TL;DR
Reduce the number of ID and Salvage Kit you buy, if you pick up all event items. And don't pick up maps sets during this event.

Hello Blake, i was using another Vaettir bot and this one happily replaced it. Thanks a lot!
After testing I made some changes.
--
1. Changed some pathing coords to make it smoother and %100 aggro every mob.
2. Changed Shroud to be used at %70hp instead of %50 as sometimes bot died in kill spot. Casting at %50 with 60 vaettirs hitting together resulted in death.
3. Changed killing spot coords so no vaettir runs away and bot doesn't go into looting mode without casting anything while vaettirs are still alive and hitting.
4a. 100 items means 1 Ident and 4 Salvage kits.
4b. 200 items means 2 Ident and 8 Salvage kits.
4c. 3 Ident and 14 Salvage kits.

Blake, does this keep every single mat or just Iron/Dust? Those are the ones I care for. It would be great if we could, if it's not there yet, which mats to keep and which ones to sell at merch.
guys just a quick question: which version is the one that picks up unidend gold (aswell as glacials, tomes, event items and map pieces) and does NOT salvage them? also if there is no such version, what have to be made as an adjustment so that this works?? many thanks in advance <3
