Sure, this is a scripted rupt bot that historically worked great. No idea how to update it - not asking for someone to spend time creating a new one.

To be clear - this bot is not just used against human players. It makes PVE trivial due to its ability to interrupt everything.

If this is the case, then no rupt bot is needed, just go hero mesmerway for pve, the ai of the heroes works perfectly well with their skillbar.
