Drake Kabob Bot Troubleshooting

DrakeKabob.au3 (worked before the latest update of GWA2.au3 File proper)
now starting and crashing Guild Wars after leaving outpost

GWA2.alt.au3 (old GWA2 File working before latest update with the DrakeKabob.au3 File proper - no crahing)

GWA2.au3 (new GWA2 File working with vaettir-, warsupply-bots proper after latest update but still crashes together with die DrakeKabob.au3)


After spending hours on issues of vaettir and warsupply bots I wasnt able to solve the crashing of the DrakeKabob bot... any suggestions?

I don't have a proper toon to test it. Make sure to disable any skill template loading from the bot file

Could you give me the hero bar that koss is supposed to use?
And also weaponsets for the derv?

The crash is caused by the line around 180
;UseHeroSkill(1, 1, -2)

which you can comment out

Other than that the derv moves OK and kills groups however since I haven't seen it in action before I can't confirm this is the correct behaviour.

For me it zones, adds koss, enters map, flags hero somewhere to the right side and then proceeds to the left to kill drakes.

i dont know either why there was useheroskill coded - he wasnt using any skill anyways... but that was the cracking part.

how did u analyze that the crash is caused by the line around 180? i was thinking it too by reading the code but i thought that the useheroskill was meant to flag kinda... in a bad coding of the editor

There is one easy way when you start the bot you see it says initializing, zoning etc.

If you add your own message in the start of the routine you can pinpoint where the problem is by just moving your own debug message around. Then when you find the lines after which your message stops appearing and before which your message appears you can just start commenting out stuff and see what breaks it.

The better way to do it would be to use AutoITDebugger and step through the code line by line but it takes long :P

I'm guessing the hero skill should be something like charge to speed up the run but it seems the converted GWA2 doesn't fix hero skill casting

just did what u said needed to be done and the bot runs as smooth as, sweet work guys, maybe you need to turn you hand to the vaettir bots on this site and get them running again. I have tried and failed.
