CRC check

This allows you to bypass the file check for the mrs files.

Read the Readme for instructions

Sticky this plz mods, and sticky my other threads except the *** mode+chat filter, i have a better system.mrs hack out so u can delete that one, make sure to include the TUT in the stickys, and some things that are stickied dont work
