HWID banned in a private server lul

I got HWID banned in a private server unfairly using windows 10, when i install windows 8 on another partition same thing, but when i install windows 7 on another partition it actually lets me log in.
Anyone knows what kind of identification ban is this? basically i want to be able to log in with windows 10 or 8 again.

The error message i get when i try to log in to the server is NOMSG Error code 10020. Looks like that message appears when you have corrupted files in ur gunz folder (which i dont have). Changed Ip too and cant log in, can it be a type of operating system ban?

Looked around in google and various forums, could not find a way to change it.
What i did found tho, was a dude releasing a freestyle gunz hack that said it had HWID bypass. Any place where i could buy a DLL that can do that.
Since i REALLY did not find any way of changing HWID, and im not sure its an actual HWID since i can log in with another operating system.
