Hi there.

Noob to the forum, noob to bots and noob to AutoIt, etc.

Introductions over and done with. I would like to know who uses what programs to create there bots and where they got all there knowledge from. I would like to learn and be able to contribute. Any and all help would be wonderful, thanks.

This tells you the basics. You should try to create an elona reach bot, since this is very easy (not for you, but this is the easiest spot I know to learn macroing.). I can rename this topic to, e.g. Angus Young - Elona Reach Bot project. Then you can post your code here. I will help you with any problem you have.

Thanks allot for the help. Went through your tutorial, has helped a great amount!

I am still in school.I have IT as a subject and we are working with java. So all is not as strange to me but we have not gotten for yet so i am still learning as I go. AutoIt looks fairly straight forward and very user friendly and so does your guide

I am starting on a bot now. It will only be a tester. I am going to try out a few thing on it and will then decide what to do and where to go from there. It would be nice to start a thread where I could post my progress and get your feedback and help.

I think i'm going to start with a bot that farms in pre-sear for dyes. It will keep the dyes in their collectable stacks and the bot will merch anything else. Hows that sound

Okay, learn by doing, you will will have a lot of problems, since a macro never does the things you want

Jes, Term!nX is right, the spot to fram dyes in Pre Ascalon is a very hard place if you only use Macros. he first problem will be, how to get out of First Ranik!

i know this is for a different game but could be used in many other i have found this the most helpful post on the website!! ty Term!nX i am now writing my own tutorials, but can you mix Hotkeys with Pixel seach say press f10 will lead you to starting a pixel search which then if found msgbox appears if not msh box appears i have trouble ending the last two lins of the script, it mentions that EndFunc isn't right yet i want to end the func and the script i've tried EndIf alongside the EndFunc i tried loads of different ways please help me, thanks

well fudge i tried downloading the guide but it kept saying invalid code i always have trouble with that **** and my the guy that invented that system burn in hell:0)
