100% Dye Drops

In the newbie land go to Wizard's Folley. Head up the mountain to Aziure the Elemental trainer. There's a path branching off to the right from the path that leads to her (you'll see her by then, can't miss it). Not far is a mob of 3, the leader drops dye each time it seems. The mob is level.
