Just posting it in case someone did not notice it yet.
The elementalist spell "Thunderclap" is currently broken.
The skill description is as following:
For xx seconds, the next time target foe is struck for lightning damage, that foe and adjacant foes are knocked down. You lose xx energy or Thunderclap ends.
The part written in bold is where this skill is bugged. Thunderclap doesn't end if you can't upkeep the costs. Thus allowing for very powerful combos in PVP. Just imagine hitting your PVP Target with a lightning mod to your weapon, previously hexing that monk with Thunderclap. Now each time you hit that poor monk, he will be knocked down.
/Edit:
After a bit of testing, this also works with Spinal Shivers and cold based weaponry. It should even work with Holy Wrath, though i'm not positive about this. It looks like the "You lose xx energy or skill ends" condition is broken.
I think that this has been fixed with the last update.
From guildwars.com game updates news:
Quote:
Fixed skills "Battle Rage," "Edge of Extinction," "Illusion of Weakness," "Martyr," "Plague Signet," "Plague Touch," "Predatory Season," "Spinal Shivers," and "Thunderclap," which had portions of their functionality broken in last week's update.
Next Skill bug...
The necromancer skill Dark Bond doesn't end when the minion is dead.
Darkbond:
For the next 30-54 seconds, whenever you take damage, your minion suffers 75% of that damage for you
Makes up for some nice damage reduction (constantly 75% less damage isn't too bad now isn't it?) For example, have someone do suicide. Cast a minion, cast Dark Bond. And laugh at any damage spell.
Hmm? No Idea what ur talking about but they dont cast Dark Bond at all, theres only a small difference between 90 and 120 damage I do per arrow. o.o But I've tried it yesterday in pvp and aslong im in the range it does works so 40 seconds for 75% less damage is pretty fine (E/N, should be a good mixture I believe.) - aslong you made it to cast a minion, cuz in gvg/tomb the 30-54 seconds are too low and in pvp
the team would be too small... but good for farming!
