Personally, I would either go damage dealer or damage absorber. Usually people are more clever than the monsters in Guild Wars and leave W / Mos for last, so I tend to go damage dealer as W / Mo. I would drop the healing and leave that to your monk who is much more efficient at doing so. This leaves more energy for offensive skills and makes you more efficient for killing.
Also you go into alot of trouble for 13 tactics while your using only 1 skill from that line (Bonneti's) it really seems like a waste of attribute points. Bonetti's Defence is good under some circumstances but wasting so many attributes on it doesn't make up for it IMO.
The Sever + Gash combo is great for PvE but not so great in PvP. Besides using alot adrenaline (every time you use an adren skills other adren skills will be lower with 1 streak) the bleeding doesn't add alot. Also if the bleeding fail (evade, dodge, block, ...) the Gash is useless. Hundred Blades can be great if your enemies stick together but it doesn't do alot otherwise or if it isn't beefed up with anything else (like Judge's Insight, High Strength, ...).
I assume with Healing Wind you mean Healing Breeze? I guess you use the German version or something else?
Don't take my comments as offensive, what I say is just based on my experience and personal preference with GW.
