Account MUST have:
a few account-wide titles (unlucky, lucky, kurz, lux, treasure, wisdom)
At least 5 level 20s with decent game access (a fair way through the campaigns)
A main with at least 10 max titles (MUST include leg. cartographer)
A level 20 monk with decent area access
A fair amount of gold/items/armor
All skills unlocked
