Need 15 different weapons for hall of monuments incl. 1 tormented

Can you explain it better? Do you need 15 Torm Weapons for hall of monument?And if i can ask, how much you pay for it?

I need 1 torm weapon and 14 destroyer or oppressor weapons.
If someone makes me an offer we can negotiate ~ sth around 14$
