Sorry but you've got be an idiot if your going to sell them for RL then give them via a Trade Transaction in-game GG Anet will catch you. It's best to drop the item outside after payment. But yeah you have no rep so use a reputable MM here or sell to someone with high rep to gain rep yourself.
edit: Buyer beware. Even though seller does not have good rep, he absolutely refused to use a trusted MM to do our trade. He wanted me to go first even after I explained that using a trusted MM would be safe for both of us. We did not trade, so he didn't scam me, but why would seller with no rep not want to use MM? sounds like a scam to me.
