you need to re read this sentence and understand it! I think your account has been totally wiped out. try to send a mail to one of your chars and look what message returns.

i did Raid w7 FC , i teleport at Qadim teleporting for saving teammate , i was using mesmer , after that , i did two rounds of RANK PVP , hacked speed and teleport , i used ESP ensure there is no one saw me port , i was using Neco , won 2 games , after that nothing much else i did realtive to hacks , that is all i did , my friend with me who also ranked pvp Ban for perma . he also used UNF ESP , AND KX Cursor teleport , with better movement (speed hack)
i can't see datas over gw2efficiency from my API , but my friends can still send me emails in the game and it was successful .

totally what Ih¢sãs123 said your permaban is deserved.
I only wanted to know if you used the same hacks as me like (UNF ESP , AND KX Cursor teleport) but i use them for around 1.5 years now and no ban perhaps because no PVP at all.

dont use teleport hacks in pvp, they probably have checks there, since normal teleport items are disabled its a lot easier for them to check, they can check if player teleported too far and what skill was used, if it was done on a class with no teleport abilities its especially obvious, also you could have been seen by a player and reported (remember they can still see you once their dead on the floor for a while). The best you can do is say you are sorry and wont do it again but they might not unban who knows.

added benEpvp discord , he charges 60usd for unban , he said he got program , any advises ? feeling like if he is scam
but "Yeah, I have a tool that lets me unban people which is practically direct server access to ANet's database in order to modify a Boolean or integer or any variable. But instead of doing more profitable ventures like generating keys or literally anything else, I ask people for money for a fake unban, then block you after money is there."
Surely there are better ways to scam.

100% scam. I got few accounts banned long time ago and know few others as well. There is almost 0% chance you will get unbanned. Denying that you cheated won't help you. In some cases, if you write that you feel very sorry, you won't do it again in a nice long message, there were rare times that account got unbanned (but it was less harmful botting, in your case pvp, I can almost guarantee you that you won't get unbanned).
