how to create simple addons?

hi, I would like to create some simple addons for the game, features like being able to see mob's hp and simple stuff like that. I was wondering what is the best programming language for this kind of addons ( how is ark made? for example) and is there a good tutorial (videos or websites) on how to make this kind of addons?

Start learning about reverse engineering and memory editing.
