I was lvling chars for 25$ in 6h, you need 150g, 3 crafting boosters and craft all professions, after that rush CoF P1, 4h will take the professions and 2h max will take the cof runs.
Another method i used was with 2g/lvl, taking ppl in AC p1. For me it took 15 min max per run. So was like 1 lvl each 15 min, 80 lvls x 15 min/lvl = 20hours for max lvl at 160g and the player also get tokens for decent armor at 80. But this was cool when i had to lvl 4 accounts at same time
