I can offer u my GW2 account + HoT + PoF. It has all 3 heavy armor classes maxed out, including HoT and PoF elite specs. Additionally, lvl 80 thief (+ HoT elite) and a lvl 80 engi. Total account value on gw2efficiency about 16k. Just some of the goodies:

I gathered 101 li in raids (including eternal title and the legendary armor pieces) and have fractal lvl 98 (agony res 149), so you can enter immediately all high end game modes.
