Yes it has all the requirements, I am just wondering if paypal does a currency exchange since I am US. I would ask 50 USD for this account or 43.82 Euros, so 43 euro should be fine. PM me with any other questions or to further this along.

I am open to negotiation also since the account does have more then what you ask for.

Hi, I also have my account for sale. Level 80 Ranger, with Malchor's Leap and Cursed Shore waypoints. Inventory has around 18 gold and gear. Am currently installing GW2 to check exactly what I have on it and send you images if you need it.

I'm asking for $45 USD (~40 Euros) through PayPal, but I am willing to negotiate; name your price.

I also have a relatively new GW2 account with a Level 20 that I can sell very cheaply (~15 Euros, will negotiate of course), although it doesn't meet your requirements. Both accounts are on the Fort Aspenwood server.
