[Buying] GW2 Key / CLEAN ACCOUNT

Hi guys!

I want to get back into GW2, but for a low price.

For that reason, I am buying a GW2 key, or a clean account.

The account does NOT have to be clean, but note that I am not willing to pay extra for anything that's on it, so keep that in mind.

Also, if the account is already created and the server is selected, the language of the server has to be ENGLISH (an international or a North American server)

The account also has to come with all required information, etc...

I'm willing to pay with PSC (PaySafeCard), exchange a RuneScape account for it, or trade you RSGP for it (Runescape currency - coins)

I guess I could go as high as 20€ PSC. Anything over that would be abit much if you ask me, for a blank account. If it sounds acceptable, let me know.
