GTA V and CPU problem

Sorry if the thread wasn't needed but still wanted to ask.

So I got steamed version of GTA V, installed and launched it, and yes my system specs are exactly the same as recommended requirements:
• CPU: Intel Core i5 3470
• Motherboard: Gigabyte H77-D3H
• RAM: CRUCIAL 8GB 2X4GB 1600MHZ DDR3
• GFX: Gigabyte AMD HD 7870 GHz Edition(with stock overcloack)
• Hard Drive: 1TB HDD and 120GB SSD
But for some reason the game crashes after some 15mins or so. Windows shows the low memory error first and after minute or two the game just freezes and crashes. Tried to set the graphics for medium(lowest that there is) and still the same.

Any advice help or recommendation? Cause why I can't run it if my pc meets the recommended system requirements?
