[QUESTION] Really need help on GTA5

Hey guys, if anyone can maybe tell me

I am playing gta online solo and have level 40, 2 cars and alot other stuffs.
I found out that my neighbor have it too and my question is:
Can I play with them and keep cash, level etc?

Yes Solo session is as online
If you join a server with a lot of more people you will still have everything you have now
