HOW TO INSTALL/RUN AKA LUNATIC HAS GOT A SMALL DICK METHOD

1. Extract files to your GTA folder
2. open game, when in either SP or MP, press F4 to launch (YOU MUST HAVE SCRIPT HOOK INSTALLED ALSO)
3. You can change the button configuration by editing the Ini file to suit your needs, google keyboard keys to see what is what
