click on manage your account on the top right hand corner.

then sign in. don't worry, log in your oldest username and password. the very first.

once youve logged in, go to the left hand corner, you will see a small txt saying edit game accounts. click on GC and then click forgot password. then you will be given questions

Maybe,ur LU password is different w/ ur Game Password.

As for your password. There is nothing we can do. Brainstorm (looks at avatar and lol) or Brainbeast.
