width : not wider than the post signature table width
hight : not higher than 200px
size : not larger than 300kb

I had that problem before, I kept on contacting the admin through email, then they told me to fill out some details like, name, address, others. I sent those details and after a few weeks of waiting my account was enabled again.

2) Open this link in a new page and log in

3) Change from Trickster to Grand Chase and you are done

4) Press Thanks if i helped

i know i gave the GM the detail but when i make my acc there are no address i know the other detail lol i stilll e mailed them since 4 week and nothing happen

^Just go dungeon run and sell some items that you dont need.
