I've seen that link already. I should have stated this on my previous post. I have trouble downloading from that link because when I'm on the download page for the download, the link times out on me or it would'nt allow me to download. you need to make a new account in the site of the private server

It's not an error. It's placed on your account if you're suspected of hacking, or otherwise breaking the TaC of the site/game.

I can't recharge because of 7767 Problem. And if i do "Forgot Pw" the Mail won't come with the new pw.
That's why i can't login anymore on the Website and Ingame.
Need a new GC Server. x;

some one can help me every time i start my GRAND CHASE i have an error on my gamemon.des how can i fix it? i restart my PC several times but still the same thank you in advance...

First Option: Delete the file "gamemon.des" inside the GC Folder..
Second Option: Also delete the folder "GameGuard"

Then start the game so Gameguard will redownload its fles..
