It has been brought to our attention that the account may have been Traded, Sold or has been accessed by multiple users from a number of locations.
As well, the account in question is under investigation due to being linked to other accounts that have violated the Terms of Use Agreement or involved with transaction disputes with Ntreev USA .
When an account is reported or its security appears to have been compromised, the Ntreev USA Account Administration Staff will disable access to the account while we conduct an investigation. Once we are confident that all liabilities associated with said account have been resolved, we will enable access to the account to the registered user.
While we will attempt to investigate the account, we cannot guarantee that any lost items/currency will be reimbursed.
Reimbursement is only a possibility if compromised accounts are reported within 1 week (7 days) from the date the account was first compromised.
Additionally, restoration due to an account compromise is graded on a case by case basis and can not be guaranteed.
Any violation of the TOS Agreement can and will be actioned up to and including termination of the account(s). The Terms of Use Policy can be reviewed at the following link:

Other then at the Ntreev USA login screen (Trickster Online REVOLUTION/Grand Chase/Ntreev.net/Ntreev USA Account Administration Team), account information should never be given out or entered at any other point.
Any player found to be involved in compromising the security of another account may have any and all related accounts closed. This may include accounts found to have knowingly received items/money transferred from a compromised account. We will conduct a review of both the compromised account and the account(s) that received the items/money and action the account(s) based only on the information gathered through our investigation.
