[QUESTION] pls help anybody

I want to continue playing GC PH but I'm currently in Qatar(somewhere in Middle East). Can someone help me what to do? I already tried Sir Walker's Region Block but it doesn't have an IP from the Phils. And I can't find a free software that I can download to hide and change my IP add... pls someone help me... thanks in advance.
