Basically , in this section you are not allowed to post questions,

For your Case, You have been posting in the Release section regarding making of NAGC account , & have been told several times not to do so, However you ignored The moderators warnings & carried on with your posts.

Seriously i think you are spammig your questions as there are already averagely 20 people telling you what to do about making the NAGC account, but you didnt bother , so more like you are spamming, ( personal view )
