if your creating a program, use some of the programing language, like Visual Basic and NetBeans 6.8

not creating a program, just an .exe that extracts, like how the hacks works today for grand xhase,

it's .exe because programners used to package the files, so you won't see the edited .KOM files,

why bother ask here? Sir Noien, Sir Frost and Sir Nath won't tell you what they've used to create the .exe, but i'm pretty sure Sir Frost used VB6
