If you will be banned on GCPH, you can't enter and there will be a message saying..
"your account was blocked from the game. please submit your inquitry into support.levelupgames.ph"

i experienced the same problem as you are now lol, some possible reasons:
1, your account has tons of items on your inventory and your video card cant support the game, as well as the internet connection
2, maybe you're using PLDT lol , PLDT's connection is a bit quite slow these past few days

Sometimes you spam the button it will come out the connection is timed out, but out of sudden it will come out the account has been blocked.
