NAGC Problem

I have this problem
I have 42k of cash point and I want to buy Jin Unlock Quest
But When it pop up the window. I click "Buy" button almost 100 times
but nothing happen. it really making me mad. I can't buy anything
I am using Window XP btw

this happend to a friend of mine it wouldnt show for his computure but if u use it on another comp it should work fine
