if what you mean is print screen you can either use photoshop or paint and paste it

you can always go to youtube is pretty easy lol.
you have to use to magic wand tool, when you clikc on the render it should outline it and then press the delete button on your keybored then save it pretty easy lol.

indeed magic wand tool is the first option although I use pen tool
