I know how the search function works. I know things related to this topic have already been posted. But I'm looking at the pinned posts above and I'm not sure if they help the level hack. I was wondering if anyone have a download for one by any chance

Suggestion:
Use the hacks from the stickied posts with a perfect star trainer (if you're NAGC).
If not, then just find a perfect star trainer for whatever version you play and run it with the stickied hack. Your run time will be shortened considerably and you will get the max exp (like you ran with a full room). You'll lvl quickly and you won't need to use a lvl hack every time you log in.
