Thumbs down Questions 'bout the New SD Hack

I followed the instructions on kuya brian's page but when i click on the GCHack icon i get this message "the appication has failed to start because MSVBVM60.DLL was not found". Re- installing the application may fix this problem. I tried downloading again but still i can't run it. PLEASE HELP. T_T
